If you have severe chest pain, it is a sign of high cholesterol. When cholesterol in the body starts to increase, pain in the chest occurs. In this case, the pain lasts for some time. Sometimes this pain leads to a heart attack.

Pain in legs:

If the level of cholesterol in the body increases, our feet will feel light and numb. That is, numbness of the legs and no movement in them. Feet become very cold and tingling. Due to the increase in cholesterol, severe pain begins in the feet. In fact, during this time there is no proper blood flow in the veins of the legs, or oxygen does not reach properly. In such a situation, there is always a feeling of pain in the legs.

Nails turn yellow :

The effect of cholesterol is also visible on the nails. Cholesterol builds up and clogs the arteries. This results in less blood flow to different parts of the body. And it has a direct effect on the nails due to which the nails start turning yellow and thin and dark brown lines appear on them.

 

One of the symptoms of high cholesterol is excessive sweating. Also, when blood sugar levels rise, sweating increases. In this situation, cholesterol levels should be checked.


Keep these things in mind to keep cholesterol from rising,

* Quit smoking to prevent high cholesterol. It increases the risk of heart diseases and stroke.

* Eat foods that naturally lower cholesterol levels.

* Avoid foods high in saturated fat.

* Daily exercise is also beneficial for health.
